Early Career’ Researchers Support
MGK – Intergrated Research Training Group
The Integrated Research Training Group provides a structured qualification program, including different qualification measures as well as activities beyond the individual projects to promote and support early-career researchers at different career stages.
We offer a targeted and effective qualification program including a retreat, methodological and data evaluation trainings, linguistic courses, colloquia and short-term stays that can be flexibly adapted to individual needs.
For postdoctoral researchers, we offer mentoring opportunities for individual career development support from more experienced individuals in academia or other fields.
Short-term fellowships will be offered to integrate postdoctoral or doctoral researchers from abroad with individual projects relating to the research focus of the CRC.
Our study program also includes opportunities for exchange with high-profile international visiting researchers, and, in cooperation with Goethe University’s (post) graduate academy (GRADE) and GRADE Center Language, additional training, consulting, and networking events.
